Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? All orders are produced, packaged, and shipped in the USA.

How long will my order take? Most orders take 1–3 business days to produce, plus 3–5 business days for shipping. Times can vary a bit during busy periods. Your cat's patience is appreciated.

Will I get tracking? Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Can my order arrive in more than one package? Sometimes, yes. If items are produced at different facilities, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Do you ship internationally? Right now, we ship within the United States only.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to cancel or update something, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is usually already in production.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do? Message us as soon as possible. If it's still within the first 12 hours, we can often fix it.

Sizing & Fit

How do your products fit? Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are a classic unisex fit and run true to size. If you're between sizes or want a more relaxed, oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Each product page has a size chart with specific measurements, so check it out before you order.

Our embroidered caps are adjustable and designed to fit most humans. (Cats remain unimpressed regardless of fit.)

What blanks do you use? We work with trusted, well-known blanks chosen for comfort, quality, and durability. The specific blank can vary by style and product type. You'll find the details on each product page.

Products & Quality

What kind of products do you offer? We make printed tees and sweatshirts, embroidered apparel, and embroidered caps, all designed for cat people, by cat people.

What's the difference between printed and embroidered items? Our printed items use a high-quality print method made for soft, everyday wear. Clean details, solid color, and a print that holds up well when cared for properly.

Our embroidered items are stitched directly into the fabric for a textured, premium feel that lasts. Embroidery adds a little extra weight and dimension to the design. It's the kind of detail cat people notice.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my items? A little love goes a long way. For the longest life:

Wash inside out on cold.
Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
Tumble dry low (or hang dry when you can).
Avoid ironing directly on prints or embroidery.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because each item is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If something isn't right, contact us and include a photo. We'll make it right.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Available options can vary slightly by device and location.

Do you release new designs often? Yes, we drop new designs regularly. If you see something you love, don't wait too long. Your cat would want you to act fast.
