Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?

All orders are printed, packaged, and shipped in the USA.
How long will my order take?

Most orders take 1–3 business days to print, plus 3–5 business days for shipping. (Times can vary a bit during busy periods.)
Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?

Sometimes, yes. If items are produced at different facilities, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within the United States only.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or update something, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is usually already in production.
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Message us as soon as possible. If it’s still within the first 12 hours, we can often fix it.

Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to get?

Grab your favorite t-shirt at home and compare the measurements to our size chart (chest width and length). If you’re between sizes, size down for a more fitted look or size up for a relaxed fit.
How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are a classic unisex fit and they run true to size. If you’re between sizes or want a more relaxed/oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
What shirt do you print on?

We print on the Gildan 64000 because it’s the sweet spot between comfort, quality, and value. It’s soft, lightweight, and reliable. The kind of tee you’ll actually want to wear on repeat.

Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, contact us and include a photo. We’ll make it right.

Print, Quality & Care
What kind of print do you use?

We use a high-quality print method through our US production partners, made for soft, everyday wear. The goal is simple: clean details, solid color, and a print that holds up well when cared for properly.
How should I wash my T-shirt?

For the longest life:

  • Wash inside out on cold
  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low (or hang dry when you can)
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (available options can vary slightly by device/location).
Do you release new designs often?

Yes, we drop new designs regularly. If you see something you love, don’t wait too long.
