Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every product is made-to-order just for you, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at support@furalo.com within 30 days of delivery. Just send us a quick note with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the US usually takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International orders can take longer depending on local carriers and customs (sometimes up to 2–3 weeks).

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners across the US. Whenever possible, your order will be produced at the facility closest to your shipping address to reduce delivery time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all US orders over $75. Please note this applies to standard retail orders only. Bulk or wholesale purchases may require separate shipping arrangements.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we send your order into production very quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee adjustments. This ensures your product gets to you as fast as possible. If you need help, email us at support@furalo.com right away.

How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your print looking fresh, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

Are your shirts true to size?
Yes! Our shirts are true to size with a classic unisex fit. For the best fit, we recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If you’re in between sizes, most customers prefer going one size up for a more relaxed fit.
