Refund policy
We offer support for order issues within 30 days of delivery, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if something is not right.
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our size chart before placing your order. If you are unsure, please reach out via our Contact page and we will help you choose the right fit before you order.
To request a replacement for a problem order, please contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved, since in some cases we may request additional photos.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via our Contact page if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Eligible claims will receive a free replacement.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, buyer’s remorse, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, we will work with you to find the best solution. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method.
